I was born and raised in a small town in Tuscany, Italy, and moved to Copenhagen in 2012 after receiving a government scholarship to complete my Master’s in Communication.

It was a life-changing decision, as I’m still here today.

I worked on building my network and searching for opportunities. Like many expats, I experienced the challenges of starting over, finding my place, and securing the right professional path. Eventually, I landed my first role as a communication advisor, then moved into project management in advertising, marketing, and branding. Over time, I transitioned into product management, leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation.

By 2024, with eight years of product management experience, including 3.5 years at IKEA in Sweden, I discovered my passion for team-building and empowering others. Encouraged by leadership and coaching courses, as well as a pivotal comment from an Agile coach, I pursued a Master for Coaches and Leaders with an ICF-accredited institution.

This journey was transformative. I trained with inspiring coaches, supported professionals from diverse backgrounds, and helped them navigate challenges and gain clarity. Seeing others take meaningful steps forward has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, and an opportunity to know myself better.

In 2025, I founded Inner Spark to help individuals empower themselves, overcome obstacles, and create lasting change in both their personal and professional lives. My mission now is to guide others in navigating challenges and making transformative shifts so they can live life to the fullest.
